BBQ Pork Chops | Grilled Pork Chops | Pork Chop Rub | Grilling Recipe

Pork chops are great for serving a crowd at any backyard picnic, celebration or holiday cookout . Frugal and often on sale, they freeze well too.  When placing a rub on meat always be sure to press the rub into the meat with your fingertips. This will insure the flavor of the rub can be tasted in each and every bite.
